As stated in our general privacy policy, we may only collect and store your personal information, which is provided voluntarily, only by filing the Contact Form and Pop-up Form, namely:

A. Identifiers, including but not limited to full names and email addresses.

B.  Personal information categories described in the California Civil Code, including but not limited to names and contact information such as mobile numbers; and

C. Internet or other electronic network activity information, including but not limited to IP addresses, operating system details, browsing details, and device and connectivity details.

1.2. Our general privacy policy does not explicitly mention collecting commercial information, geolocation data, or inferences drawn from personal information. Therefore, we cannot confirm that we collect these categories of information.

2.    Personal Information Disclosed

2.1. 7PPromotions may have disclosed certain categories of personal information as defined under applicable U.S. privacy laws. Our general privacy policy states:

2.2. “We may share, use or preserve your personal information if appear necessary to:

a. comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;

b. protect the safety of any person, protect the safety or integrity of our platform, including to help prevent spam, abuse, or malicious actors on our services;

c.     explain why we have to remove you accessing the website;

d.    address fraud, security, or technical issues; or

e.    to protect our rights or property, or the rights or property of those who use our services.”

2.3.        Based on this, the categories of personal information we may have disclosed are:

A. Identifiers, including but not limited to full names and email addresses;

B.  Personal information categories described in the California Civil Code, including but not limited to names and contact information such as mobile numbers; and

C.   Internet or other electronic network activity information, including but not limited to IP addresses, operating system details, browsing details, and device and connectivity details.

2.4.    The categories of third parties to whom we may have disclosed this information include government authorities, as mentioned in point (a) above.

2.5.        It’s important to note that our general privacy policy explicitly states: “7P promotions does not nor it does induce others to sell, share, transfer users’ or clients’ personal information either in whole or in part for wrongful or unlawful purposes. Also, we are not under any contractual relationship with any such organization or corporation which sell, share, transfer users’ or clients’ personal information for unlawful gains.” This statement suggests that we do not sell, share, or transfer personal information for wrong or unlawful purposes.

3.    Your Rights in Connection with Personal Data

3.1.    Based on your state of residency, you may have the right to the following:

a.    Request access to your personal data: This enables you to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

b.    Request erasure of your personal data: This enables you to ask us, in certain situations, to delete or remove sensitive personal data unless our processing is specifically permitted under the CCPA.

c.     Right to correct inaccurate personal information that a business maintains about you.

d.    Right of disclosure for sale of data or use for business purpose: This enables you to ask us, in certain circumstances, to provide you with the categories of personal data and third parties we disclose for sale or business purposes. As 7P Promotions does not sell your personal data under any circumstances, this right may only apply where 7P Promotions discloses your personal data for a business purpose.

e. Data portability: This enables you to ask us, in certain circumstances, to provide you with the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to transmit the personal data that you have provided to us to another party.

f.   Right to opt-out: This enables you to opt-out of the processing of personal data for the purposes of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale of personal data, or (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that significantly impact you. 7P Promotions does not sell your personal data under any circumstances.

g.    Right to non-discrimination: This specifies that 7P Promotions will not discriminate against you in any way or under any circumstance for exercising your rights to your sensitive data under the CCPA.

5.1.        Before you process or decide to avail our Services, it is noteworthy to take into account that we do not hereby guarantee zero-risk protection or absolute success rate of our privacy safeguards. As all measures are dependent upon technology/software that may malfunction or be ineffective due to virus(es), error(s), system hacks, or unavailability of proper internet connection, despite implementing proper shields in the form of software or other. However, we value the trust shown while opting for our website, thus we implement reasonable software and procedural safeguards to ensure the protection of your information. Secure servers are employed when accessing users’ or clients’ personal information. Once your personal information is under our control, we follow our security guidelines to prevent unauthorized access. We are conscious and devoted to protecting your privacy rights. We endeavor to provide a secure and reliable website for our users and clients.

6.    Payment Information

6.1.    All the card, and online banking details are collected by third-party payment gateways. We receive and store limited information, including the transaction ID, time, name, and other details entered by you on the Platform of the payment gateway, necessary to identify and verify the payment made by you. We do not store any information related to credit or debit cards, CVV numbers, expiry dates, 3-D secure passwords, or online banking usernames or passwords.

6.2. We can assure that privacy measures of our payment partner(s) are effective and have enough shields to safeguard your information from unauthorized access and other privacy breaches, however subject to software/system malfunction or hacks, notwithstanding exercising care.
