You can have it for a day, a month, or even a year \u2013 your call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make things smooth, please book ahead of time and remember it&#8217;s subject to availability. We go with the &#8220;first-come, first-served&#8221; rule for bookings, so you can lock in your spot pronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We get it, plans can change. You&#8217;re free to handle your reservations based on how long you&#8217;re renting our spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you&#8217;ve booked for over 6 months, give us a heads-up a month in advance if you&#8217;re cancelling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For bookings between a month and 6 months, a week&#8217;s notice for cancellation would be great.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than a month&#8217;s booking? Just let us know a day before you&#8217;re cancelling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For daily bookings, no need for a heads-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refundable Deposit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide you various facilities and items of use within premises. To ensure the safety of our spaces and equipment, we kindly request a one-time deposit of upto 10% on the booking duration (maximum of up to Rs. 5,000\/- per workspace per booking).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This deposit accounts for any unforeseen accidental damages or the loss of property, such as but not limited to below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accidental window breakage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misplacement of locker keys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage to furniture like chairs, desks etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harm to walls or doors or bathroom utilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage to electronics like Hot water machine, RO, CCTV, electronic attendance, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misplacement of water bottles, tea\/coffee mugs, and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Use of such deposits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5% of such deposit is retained as administrative charge<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Booking Your WorkSpace: Picking and reserving your preferred workspace is now super easy.
