By accessing and using the Website or the Work Spaces, you agree to abide by these rules. 7P Promotions WorkSpaces referred to as 7PP or WorkSpaces or We or Us, and the user YOU are reffered as You or user.  

Definition & Description
Work Spaces Company: Refers to our organization providing shared workspaces, collaborative environments, and related services.

Intellectual Property (IP): Refers to creations of the mind, including inventions, creative works, designs, and trade secrets, which are protected by legal rights.


Ownership of Intellectual Property    

  • 3.1. Member-Owned IP: Members using our workspaces retain ownership of the Intellectual Property they create. This includes inventions, written works, artistic creations, and other original content developed during their tenure at Work Spaces Company.
  • 3.2. Company-Owned IP: WorkSpaces team may develop its own Intellectual Property, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, software tools, and designs related to the facilities. Any IP developed by employees within the scope of their employment will be the property of the company.”


Use of Intellectual Property    

  • 4.1. Member IP Usage: Members are free to use their own Intellectual Property as they see fit. However, members may not use the Work Spaces Company name, logo, or any other proprietary marks for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
  • 4.2. Company IP Usage: Any use of company-owned Intellectual Property by employees, members, or partners must be in accordance with established guidelines. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of company IP is prohibited.

Protection of Intellectual Property    

  • 5.1. Member Protection: 7PP will take reasonable steps to help protect members’ intellectual property rights within our controlled facilities. However, members are encouraged to take their own measures to secure their creations and ideas.
  • 5.2. Company Protection: 7PP will take appropriate measures to protect its own Intellectual Property. This includes registering trademarks, copyrights, or patents, where applicable.

Collaboration and Inventions    

  • 6.1. Joint Creations: In cases where members collaborate on projects or create IP jointly, ownership and usage rights should be agreed upon in writing before collaboration begins. The protection of such assets to be regulated by the individual collaboration contracts
  • 6.2. Employee Inventions: Employees are expected to promptly disclose any inventions or creations related to their work at 7PP. The company will assess ownership based on factors such as the nature of the invention and employment terms.

Compliance and Enforcement    

  • 7.1. Respect for Third-Party IP: All members, employees, and collaborators are expected to respect the Intellectual Property rights of third parties and not engage in any activities that infringe upon such rights.
  • 7.2. Reporting Infringements: Any suspected infringement of Intellectual Property should be reported promptly to the management of 7PP.

Training and Awareness    
7PP will provide relevant training and information to employees and members about Intellectual Property rights, this policy, and their responsibilities to ensure compliance.

Dispute Resolution    

  • 10.1. Internal Resolution: In case of any disputes related to Intellectual Property ownership, usage, or infringement, individuals are encouraged to first seek resolution through internal channels. This may involve discussions with relevant parties and management.
  • 10.2. Mediation and Arbitration: If internal resolution is not achievable, the parties involved may agree to mediation or arbitration as a means of resolving the dispute. This process aims to find a mutually acceptable solution outside of the court system.
  • 10.3. Court: Any unresolved issues to be taken up in the jurisdiction of courts locally in Jaipur (Rajastan) INDIA.

Confidentiality and Trade Secrets

  • 11.1. Confidentiality Obligations: Members, employees, and collaborators should uphold the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information they become aware of during their association with employees of 7PP. This includes trade secrets, business strategies, and non-public information.
  • 11.2. Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure: Individuals engaged with 7PP may be required to sign non-compete and non-disclosure agreements to protect sensitive information and prevent unfair competition.

Compliance with Laws    
All activities related to Intellectual Property within 7PP’s facilities must be carried out in compliance with relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations governing Intellectual Property rights.


Education and Outreach    
7PP is committed to educating its members, employees, and collaborators about the importance of Intellectual Property rights, both for their own creations and for respecting the rights of others. Regular seminars, workshops, and information sessions may be organized to promote awareness.


Severability    
If any part of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the policy shall remain in effect.

  • 16.1. Distribution: 7PP will ensure that all members, employees, and collaborators are provided with a copy of this Intellectual Property Rights Policy upon entering into a relationship with the company.
  • 16.2. Training: Regular training sessions and awareness programs will be organized to ensure that all individuals associated with Work Spaces Company understand the policy, their rights, and their responsibilities concerning Intellectual Property.

  • 17.1. Reporting Violations: Any suspected violations of this policy, including unauthorized use of company-owned IP or infringement of member-owned IP, should be reported to the appropriate management or designated contact person.
  • 17.2. Compliance Audits: 7PP may conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with this policy and to assess the effectiveness of the IP protection measures in place.


Acceptance    
By becoming a member, employee, or collaborator of Work Spaces Company, individuals acknowledge their understanding of and agreement with the terms outlined in this Intellectual Property Rights Policy.

Record Keeping
7PP will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all agreements, disclosures, and notifications related to Intellectual Property, as well as any actions taken to enforce this policy. You may be able to see such records related to you in your documents section in your profile.


Review and Revision    
This Intellectual Property Rights Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness. Any necessary revisions will be made in consultation with legal advisors and stakeholders.

Updates to the Policy    
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and business practices. Members, employees, and collaborators will be notified of any such updates.
