Cancellation Policy

7P believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing any order on physical products. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy of the company informed and declared from time to time.
2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category that includes all digital downloadable products. 
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the 7P marketing team has sold on any discounts, offers or under any schemes. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Downloads: There is no refund policy. All our products are of artistic and intrinsic value and can’t provide a refund.
2. Outsourcing Services: No refund is provided for the services that are already used. In case the customer is not wanting to continue with the service, the use of services may be discontinued by the customer. However, no refund is provided for the services already charged. Unless otherwise specified, the refund or cancellation policy for each product or service is specified in the package.
